The Ghost Dog

YOU’LL NEED:

White cloth

Scissors

STEP 1:

Get an old white cloth, depending on your dog’s size, it should cover them at least till their legs.

(Tip: old t-shirts or bedsheets should do okay, we used an old kitchen towel)

STEP 2:

Carefully place sheet over your pup and trace out where their eyes roughly are with a pen or marker, in 2 holes. Allow your pup to breathe by tracing a bigger hole for their muzzle.

STEP 3:

Cut the shapes of the eyes as well as the muzzle.

STEP 4:

There you have it! Even a 4 year old could do it.

The Lion King

YOU’LL NEED:

Yellow and brown crepe paper

(We used brown crepe as well as yellow pom-poms from the local supermarket)

Scissors

STEP 1:

Cut/rip the crepe paper into strips.

STEP 2:

Put the strips together and arrange them into a “lion’s mane”. This can be done by taping them together or alternatively, tying them onto your dog’s collar. For us, what we did was tie the pom poms together.

STEP 3:

Optional- you may paste a few extra strips together and attach that to your pup’s tail for added effect.

The Business Dog

Here’s what your final product should resemble:

YOU’LL NEED:

Old tie (alternatively, cut a piece of felt into the shape of one)

White/blue stiff fabric/cardboard

STEP 1:

You want to start by making a collar for the business suit. Roughly cut out 2 triangles from the stiff felt or cardboard. Attach them- to look like a shirt collar- onto your dog’s collar.

STEP 2:

Using leftover felt or fabric, fashion 2 cuffs for your dog’s paws. Attach them on and you’re almost done.

STEP 3:

If you have an old tie, put it around your dog’s neck, ensuring the tie falls just between the “shirt collars”, as a regular tie would. If you do not, cut a tie shape (preferably in a different color) and attach it to your dog’s collar between the two triangular “shirt collars”.
