The All ‘Bout Canines Carnival! An inaugural doggy festival is to be held in October, organised by marketing agency Luminart, which strings together a variety of activities, seminars, workshops, retail establishments and entertainment shows.

*squeals with delight*

Activities include a doggy treasure hunt, prizes for the Waggiest Tail, Best Fetcher, and Best Of Breed Singapore. A festival catered for both pup and parent, owners will be invited to participate in an ‘art jamming’ session, where they will be able to paint a portrait of their own dog whilst under the guidance of an artist.

Naturally, performances will be galore. The first, by local canine celebrity Flapper the actor, who starred in the film My Dog Dou Dou as well as several other TV dramas, as well as Bobo, a bulldog who can skateboard. Additionally, if you’re a fan of the Korean hit reality show, stick arund to watch a obstacle course demonstration! Of course, no doggy carnival is ever complete without a doggy fashion show, so we’ve got 2 words for you:

“Sashay, Shante!”

Additionally, doggy outfits, au-naturale gourmet treats and other pet technology will be offered at the carnival.

 

The carnival will be held at the Tan Que Lan Field at Bugis, from the 22nd to 23rd October 2016, 11am to 9pm. 

Tickets are avilable at the door (S$15 for 2-day pass). Alternatively, they can be purchased on allboutcanines.com at an early bird rate till 31 Aug (S$10 for 2-day pass). 

Canines and children below 12 (whilst accompanied by a ticketed parent) will be allowed free entry.
