One of the more highly rated services in Malaysia located about 20 minutes outside the KL city centre, Pets 4 U (their official shop name) is a place for those who are after a good bang for the bark and good service. More interestingly, they also offer colour restoration, teeth scaling, creative styling as well as spa treatments for your pets! Of course, those come with a different price point altogether. They provide both dog grooming and cat grooming services.

2. Pets People Sdn. Bhd.
Located closer to the capital of KL but still further away from the hustle and bustle of the metropolitan area is Pets People. Main services offered include pet grooming and sitting but it seems that their core focus is on pet food, toys and accessories. They also offer delivery to selected areas. Pets People provides grooming for both dogs and cats.

3. Global Pets
Further away from KL and closer to Singapore, we have Global Pets. They have around 17 branches to date in Johor and one more recently in Puchong. Needless to say, they have become the primary specialty retailer of premium pet food, supplies and services in the Johor area. While their reviews are generally good, some of the stores are not as consistent with their cat grooming and dog grooming services so it’s a good idea to do a quick check on Google first!

Similar to Global Pets, Petsmore also has a few branches catering to the Klang Valley area. While prices and products are more or less the same between branches, it is their stellar customer service that keeps people coming back. House of Groomers (HOG) is a newcomer to the ‘branchise’ game with its main headquarters set up in Subang Jaya, Selangor and another branch in Sri Hartamas, KL.
