Established in October 2005, The Joyous Vet (TJV) is committed to provide dedicated medical care and services for the local pet owners. With 2 outlets, TJV is well positioned to serve the pet community in the northwest of Singapore.
TJV is established and known medical treatment for small animals, coupled with compassion and dedication. TJV believes partnering with pet owners to provide a committed and quality living to all pets. TJV strives to to uphold the commitment of “Your Pet, Our Concern”.
Since 2005, TJV has also been working actively with pet welfare organizations, namely Singapore Prevention Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), Cat Welfare Society (CWS) and House Rabbit Society Singapore (HRSS), in their respective works towards the less privileged small animals. This is one of the ways which TJV believes in giving back towards the pet community by means of practical services.
As TJV continues to establish herself in the field of providing medical care and services for the pet community, the team look forward to serve the pet community in a greater capacity while maintaining the dedication and commitment we have today.
The team does not believe in euthanizing healthy pets or pets with illnesses that can be medically maintained or treated, and that their quality of life can be sustained under responsible care and ownership.
TJV also provides customized health and wellbeing plan, ‘TJV Pet-Pal Care Plan’ for all pets.
This is a Care Plan that is designed specifically for the needs of your Pet-Pal.
It is not the same as buying a pet insurance. The Pet-Pal Care Plan allows you to play an active role in the discussion of your Pet-Pal’s health concerns and in making decisions to ensure the most appropriate medical care is provided for it. The Care Plan is one that will motivate you to ensure your Pet-Pal receives the required medical care to stay healthy and happy.
All you need to do is to make an appointment with TJV, and the vets will conduct a thorough physical examination and diagnostic assessment to ascertain the health status of your Pet-Pal. After doing so, your vet in charge will streamline a series of check-ups, preventive medicines including vaccinations and parasite controls, specific treatments and dietary plans according to your Pet-Pal’s health condition.
This Care Plan is catered for one whole year hence it brings you assurance that your Pet-Pal’s health is being taken care of for the next 12 months.
